Tobacco 101

Beth Ann has been wanting a tobacco basket ever since we saw them at the Country Living Fair in Austin for waaayyyy too much $! She spotted this little beauty and decided to check it out. The cutest little man selling the tobacco basket proceeded to give us a lesson on harvesting tobacco! Did you know that these baskets can hold up to 700 pounds of fresh tobacco! Well this one is coming home with us for a very reasonable price!

Billie Rose Wish List

Ashley joined Pinterest not too long ago and, being the techie she is, discovered a way to share boards! She decided to make a Billie Rose Wish List board and pinned some cute trunks. Well we found this awesome trunk today. It is actually an old military field locker. We think it is from the turn of the century. It has an original contents list on the inside! Hope you like it Ash!

We spent lots of time in this booth buying some neat burlap bags, pulleys, and the cutest little hen boxes!!! Found a few other sweet items that can't be discussed until Christmas!! Hehe!

Hello Clarkrange!!!

We arrived in Clarkrange Tennessee around 11:00 and were welcomed by the cute Cumberland Mountain General Store! This is a honey hole of a place!!!

Upgrade!!

Got to the Uhaul dealer this morning to find that the trailer we had originally reserved was way too small!!! Thank goodness that had a larger size available...so we were off!!! My sweet brother-in-law went with is to make sure we were OK!!

Yard sale HERE WE COME!!!

We made it to Nashville yesterday around 7:15...750 miles in under 13 hours!!! I promise we went the speed limit!!! It is really a pretty drive! Spent the night with Kem and Jenny and family in what we like to call "The Hilton on wheels"! We are going to pick up our trailer and we're off!

I put some fabric behind the panes which I love! Not finished yet with the wall but this is a start!! Don't you love Suzanne's window with her music sheet wreath? Is so pretty in her home!
